Sagalund is a museum, a garden and a children’s cultural center. According to its founder Nils Oskar Jansson “a piece of poetry come true”. Here you can find buidlings from the Kimitoö history: a court house, a croft, a farm house, a villa, two old schools etc. All located in a lush garden establishen in 1900.

Sagalund museum is the home of the first Finnish children’s cultural center in a museum. The activities in the Sagalund children’s cultural center are based on culturalheritage pedagogics and environmental education.

We welcome families, school groups and all children to our children’s cultural center to enjoy, learn and experience all year round!
